How can I book a property viewing?

Call us on 0421 66417 or message us on WhatsApp: we arrange the viewing within a few hours, even the same day.

How much is the deposit for a seasonal rental?

Usually one month or the equivalent of one week, refunded at the end of the stay barring damage. We always state it before signing.

Do you offer free valuations for selling a property?

Yes. The valuation is free and with no obligation, including an inspection and local market analysis.

What are reception hours in low season?

Monday–Friday 9:00–13:00 / 15:00–19:00, Saturday 9:00–13:00. Outside hours we reply on WhatsApp.

Do you speak English or German?

Yes, we speak Italian, English and German: write to us in the language you prefer.
